We do not care about your degrees, CV, TOEFL, IELTS, or any other exam.

We care about your experience and whether you can take a client and walk them through the paces over the next two, four, five, six months and produce an actual transformation.

What's Flip English?

This is not an English teaching job.

Read this part twice.

We are not teaching English here. Our clients already speak English. What we are doing is helping people overcome their inner fears, their old constructs, their old habits, their old culture, and speak with an entirely new voice.

That is a different job. It is harder, it is more personal, and it is far more rewarding. If you are looking to run grammar drills and vocabulary lists, this is not for you.

What is Flip English?

Flip English is a coaching company built on one simple idea: most people were taught English like the goal was to learn English. Grammar rules, vocabulary lists, theory. And it doesn't work. They end up understanding English without ever feeling confident actually using it.

We flip that script. We treat English as a tool, not a trophy. Our clients are business owners, founders, content creators, and professionals whose income is tied to how they communicate. They come to us speaking decent English and leave speaking like they own the room.

We have a roster of coaches across British and American accents, each with their own specialty, and demand has grown past what the current team can hold. That is why you are reading this.

FAQ

What does the work look like?

You coach dedicated clients in 1-on-1 sessions, twice a week, 60 minutes each.

Every client is matched to you based on their target accent, their problems, and their personality.

Each session is built around that client. You diagnose the sounds and patterns holding them back, you set clear goals together, and you work on them directly. Practical, not academic. They should hear and feel the difference.

You stay in touch between sessions over WhatsApp. You track progress, you celebrate the wins, and you carry someone from where they are now to where they have always wanted to sound.

How do i apply?

Fill out our coach intake form to start the application process. What matters is that you attach a freshly recorded video of you speaking, not a pre-recorded clip from last November. Record something fresh. Tell me anything and everything I should know about you and why you are the perfect fit for this spot.

Again, we do not care about your CV / resume. I do not care which schools you went to or what grades you got. I only care about your voice.

Do I have to be a native speaker?

No. We prefer that you are not. Our edge is that our coaches walked the exact path our clients are on. But your accent has to be near-native. That part is non-negotiable.

Do I need a certificate or degree?

No. I do not care about exams or diplomas. I care about whether you can produce a real transformation in a real client.

What if I am stronger in one accent than the other?

Perfect. We match clients to coaches by accent and specialty. You do not need both.
